  4. 4. The product must have a valid issue that's covered by our warranty policy to be returnable.
  5. 5. To return a product, you need to have a full unboxing video of it.

Return Process:

To start a return, get in touch with our customer support team or follow the return instructions on our website. Tell us your order number, which item(s) you want to return, and why. Our customer support will help you through the process.

Return Shipping:

You might have to pay for return shipping, unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item or a defective product). We suggest using a shipping method that lets you track your package and get proof that you sent it.

Changes to Policy:

We can change or update this Return Policy anytime without telling you beforehand. Any changes will be effective right away and will be posted on our website.

Thinking of Switching Your Phone? Here's How!

When a new phone comes out, many people think about whether they should get the new one or stick with their old one. Also, buying a new phone can be expensive. Well, now you don't have to worry! Even if you couldn't buy your favorite phone before, we've got you covered with our new Exchange program to help you with your decision and save you money.

What's the Exchange Program?

Imagine you've been using the 14 Pro Max for about a year, and now you're eyeing the 15 Pro Max. But if you're short on cash, or unsure about what to do with your old phone, our Exchange program is the solution! You can now trade in your old phone at our shop and get a new one.

Conditions for Exchange:

  1. 1. Your any type of old phone must be original and its IMEI should match the box.
  2. 2. For iPhones, we're looking for models other than Android phones, or models from 2021.
  3. 3. For iPhones, the battery should be between 85%-95%.
  4. 4. We won't accept phones that are refurbished or have significant scratches or internal issues.

How Does it Work?

First, we'll check the condition of your old phone and determine its value. Then, if you want, you can pay the difference and get a new phone. You can even pay the remaining amount in installments using your credit card![EMI offers are not available right now!]

Note: We can't give you an exact value over the phone, so be sure to bring your device to our shop for assessment.

When you come for the exchange, don't forget to bring your ID card or any identification with a photo attached.
